the internet and its social impact

Now i'd like to talk about a particular subject that i find to be alittle sad.
Since the moment man was able to speak and understand we've had conversation.
But over time we have gone to lengths to communicate quicker and easier.
The humble word was invented and soon after the letter and telegram and then some brilliant inventor designed the first telephone.
Over the years technology has made significant leaps and bounds especially in the area of communications.
Now with each new device created we've come up with ways to help us use them effeciently.
I don't know if you knew this but text speak wasn't invented with the mobile phone but with the telegram.
we needed to send information but was charged for each word so short hand and abit of mind power came up with things like lol, brb etc.
Now we come to the invetion of the internet and my main point of my blog.
Ever since its creation people are talking less and less and the art of the simple conversation is dying out. We don't simply talk any more we text or email and this in its self saddens me because people are no longer interacting with others through speech and actually isolating ourselves (my self included i may add) through using the internet.
Some people are that bad they feel awkward when talking to someone in real life then if they spoke to them over the internet
and this i feel is a rapidly growing problem.
Eventually we'll be that much in need of our technology that if we were deprived of it i think it would take us a very long time to recover from it.
So i say why don't you stop using you emails and your texts for a day and see how difficult it is to talk to someone face to face.

the power of dreams

I've always been fascinated with dreams even as a child. As i grew older i found that dreams had alot more power in our waking lives then i first thought.
Everyone as a dream but only the few act on them. Albert Einstein, Mozart, Cesar to name a few.
martin luther king is famous  for his "I HAVE A DREAM" speech. He envisioned a world where men were all equal. well look at his dream now men on the whole are equal.
His dream was that powerful that it started changing our world to what it is today.
So lets look at the darker side of someones dreams and the effect they can have.
how about hittlers dream of a master race.look at the effect that had on our world. it was devastating wasn't it.
He dreamed of killing all the sub races that wasn't german. but i thank our lucky stars his dream failed.
so there you go dreams have a power and we don't really know much about and what causes they can have on our world
No matter what you or i dream maybe its good that not all of us act on them.
would you really want another hittler living his dream or another albert einstein and his theroy on relativity?
i know which i'd prefer and i'm guess you'd agree with me.
